124 - From Fitting In To Leading w Matthew Allyn

Very excited to have Matthew Allyn joining us on the podcast today, our very first guest of the new year! His energy & genuineness are infectious!

Matthew is a spirited  leadership business coach who specifically assists online coaches develop their four figure offer, and in a way that allows them to step into their power as leaders. He has plenty of explosive moments to his story already, and they all have led him to who/where he is right now! Matthew very much believes in the value of living life fully, pursuing what piques one’s curiosity, along with emotionally connecting with his clients and asking the deeper questions. 

In today’s episode, we’ll be narrowing in on Matthew’s story & transformation, what he is doing & how he got here, and of course the nitty-gritty of how he is currently using storytelling in his work to help grow his business/impact clients. Matthew shares a little bit about his early years of life and simply wanting to fit in, his path from business - civil engineering  personal training - photography, and then the big moment of “I’m going to take a stand & make a choice for myself” (aka biking across America at age 26) that ultimately shifted him to get to where he is today!

After returning home from his 90 day trip (5,019 miles later!), and experiencing joy in EVERY single one of those days, Matthew decided he needed to “get out” & break away from the ‘work for the weekend’ mentality. Through his journey of testing out different ways to use his skills and then finally stepping into his power as a leader, Matthew has built a business where he wakes up and loves every day like those 90 days, riding free, and encouraging others to be leaders of THEIR own lives!
