106 - Uncover Your Story w Dayna Kneeland

Dayna grew up with a dad who used the power of storytelling to teach, build community, and transform lives. Following in his footsteps, she has now been teaching, speaking, and growing her business through storytelling for over 20 years. Originally a trained stage actor, she fell in love with helping others to feel confident being in the spotlight and sharing their gifts with the world. Dayna holds her Master's degree in Adult Education and ultimately, her passion is to help you share your voice, and to continue her dad's legacy of hope, one story at a time.

Dayna reminds us that storytelling is so powerful on a number of different levels, and that coaching through the art of storytelling builds connection through empathy, and allows her clients to “find their confidence and authenticity”. She tells us that story has this power to build connection, which is ultimately the reason she continues to stay in this line of work – she loves people and loves the opportunity to reach through to people, while helping and supporting them.
