Courtney Weaver is a podcaster, entrepreneur and CEO of Weaver Sales Academy, a sales training organization for insurance professionals. Courtney has founded and led multiple sales organizations driving over 5 million in revenue in the past 3 years through mindset and performance coaching, while also teaching key strategies to marketing and consumer behaviour. She is also the host of the podcast Ambitious Hippies, founded on the principles of finding the cheat code to living life on your own terms and sharing a behind the scenes of building multi-millionaire dollar companies and connecting with other founders doing the same. 

Courtney co-founded Weaver Sales Academy with her husband Michael after working as the Chief Marketing Officer and President of Training and Development in a scratch insurance agency for the past 8 years.
