100 - From Feeling Lost to Leading Yourself & Others w Rachel Pastor

For the 100th episode of the no Boring Stories podcast, we welcome the remarkable Rachel Pastor in for a deeply insightful conversation. Rachel is a transformation expert, motivational speaker/coach, a mom, wife, and author of Unf**k Your Fitness Mindset, a Master of Neurolinguistic programming and founder of Break Free Events. She created the Xperience Method—a global movement helping people by creating transformation from the inside out.

Rachel uses mindset work and reprogramming to empower leaders to soulful living and to live life at peak performance as their highest self. Her newest venture is a minority co-owned, female-founded lifestyle brand celebrating diversity, inclusivity and spirituality, Anatomy of Love will focus on cultivating a soulful and radiant life of creativity, well-being, and love.

Her goals are rooted in goodness, and she ultimately wants “to help people become the best version of themselves, finding and embodying the joy of who they truly are”. Rachel’s personal experiences and struggles with previous drug abuse and a former heroin addiction have been a source and driver to become aware of who she is as an individual, and have thrust her in the direction of truly doing the work and digging in.

One of the most prominent parts of our conversation surrounds understanding the level of vulnerability related to the things we are currently working through; Rachel shares that speaking of these previous experiences and transformations is easier now because they are ‘worked’ through, versus ‘working’ through…something many listeners out there can appreciate.

Ultimately, Rachel’s story is one that embodies growth and transformation, going from lost to loved, and learning that loving yourself is how change and leadership begins to unfold.
